Orange Coconut Chicken

  • 1 egg, slightly beaten
  • 1/3 cup flour, 40g
  • Chicken thigh,2 pieces, 400g
  • 1 cup orange juice, 80g
  • 1 teaspoon salt, 7g
  • 1 cup flaked coconut, 40g
  • Coconut cream powder, 20g
  • 1 teaspoon white pepper powder, 2g
  • 1 teaspoon salt, 7g


  • Mix egg and orange juice in a bowl. In a separate container, mix coconut cream powder, flour, salt and white pepper. Dip the chicken thigh piece by piece into orange juice mixture and then into coconut mixture. Marinate for 30 minutes. Then, place chicken thigh, in a baking dish. Bake at 400 degrees Celsius for 60 minutes.
