Creamy Coconut Dressings

  • 40g Coconut cream powder
  • ½ tablespoon honey
  • 150g water
  • Dash of salt
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch, 16g


  • In a bowl, premix coconut cream powder and cornstarch with water until blended. Add honey and salt, cook at low to moderate heat, stirring constantly until mixture thickens. Remove from heat and let it cool down. Mix with salad and chill.
  • Applications: Fruits salad, Thousand Island, Mayonnaise.
