Stancodex's
factory located in the state of Johor in Peninsular Malaysia, was the pioneer in the industry in Malaysia to produce and mass market the product, Coconut Cream Powder. Our Johor factory has been supplying Coconut Cream Powder to the international food industries since its inception in the year 1985.

The current location of the factory was identified as one of the most suitable area to set up the manufacturing facilities due to its close proximity to the coconut plantations. Hence, giving us easy access to the supply of the raw materials, that is, coconuts. The Johor State is one of the major coconut-growing regions in Malaysia.

Stancodex supplies its products to a broad category of industrial food manufacturers either directly or through appointed agents or distributors. Stancodex has always been committed to Good Manufacturing Practices to achieve manufacturing excellence thus ensuring that all products that goes out to all our customers are in conformity with the specification and demands of the market.

Quality Assurance
All at Stancodex are totally committed to providing products of quality excellence to all customers. Continuous and strict monitoring and stringent adherence to the principles of Good Manufacturing Practices resulted in the achievement of a HACCP Quality Certification. We assure our products are of consistent quality meeting standard set by relevant authorities and customers.

To ensure quality excellence, we purchase only whole coconuts. Selected whole matured coconuts are sent to our factory for processing at our own premise. Before processing, the coconuts are subjected to stringent quality checks and each coconut is then shelled and pared at our factory.

 

Hygienic Process

During the process, human contact is kept at the minimal level. The state-of-the-art spray from Denmark are being used while implementing the HACCP and GMP programmers, resulting in a product that is hygienically prepared. The process of conversion from the whole raw coconut to the final product, coconut cream power is achieved all within a maximum 2 hours period. Oxidation and contamination is thus minimised.
